HELP

A few things you may be wondering.

From what arrives in the box to what happens after your first pour — here are the things we are asked most often.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. The kit is designed for a first-time maker, and the First Pour cup gives you room to learn before making your final candle.

Do I need any special equipment?

The kit includes a melting bowl, thermometer and the tools needed for your pour. At home, you’ll only need a saucepan with water, access to a stovetop, and a pair of scissors.

What is the First Pour cup for?

It is your practice vessel — a low-pressure first attempt before you pour the candle you want to keep or give.

Can I mix the fragrances?

Yes. You can use one fragrance on its own or create your own blend. Just keep the total fragrance amount within the measurements provided in your instructions.

Can I send the kit as a gift?

Absolutely. The kit is designed to be made for yourself or given to someone special. Gift packaging and a message card are included.

How long does it take to make?

Most of the hands-on making takes around 30–45 minutes. Your candle will then need time to cool and set before it is ready for the next step.

What’s included in the kit?

Each kit includes wax, two fragrance oils bottle, a signature ceramic vessel, a First Pour practice vessel, wicks, wick stickers, a wick holder, melting bowl, thermometer, measuring cup, stirring tool and step-by-step instructions.

Can I burn my candle straight away?

For the best burn and fragrance performance, let your candle fully set and cure before lighting. Your instruction guide will include the recommended waiting time for your wax and fragrance blend.

What if my first candle doesn’t turn out perfectly?

That’s exactly why we include the First Pour. It gives you a chance to get familiar with melting, scenting and pouring before you make the candle you want to keep or give.
